When will you come?

Complete and Priority customers receive automatic service once 5 cm (2 inches) of snow falls, with dispatch day or night during snow events. Priority properties are first on the route. Per Visit customers call to book.

How do seasonal payments work?

The total including 13% HST is split into four full payments on November 15, December 15, January 15 and February 15, followed by a half payment on March 15. The final payment absorbs any rounding so the payments add up exactly.

Who is Priority for?

Anyone who needs a higher level of service. Priority combines first place on the route with steps and porch clearing, ice melt and a refillable on-site bin. The calculator accounts for your property's additional clearing needs, including paths, patios and entrances.

Does my Priority estimate include salt and ice melt?

Yes. Salt and ice melt, an on-site ice melt bin and seasonal refills are included in the Priority quote. For Complete, salt and ice melt are an optional seasonal add-on.

What if there is less snow this winter?

Seasonal pricing stays fixed throughout the agreement. If you only want to pay when you book a clearing, Per Visit may suit you better.

Where do you work, and can I cancel?

Our winter routes serve the East End Beaches and western Scarborough. We confirm address eligibility and availability before booking. Seasonal agreements can be cancelled within 10 days of signing.
